Direct access to developers

As a Scanrate customer you have direct access to our development team. Support questions are assigned to one of the financial analysts responsible for the pricing models. Support tasks may involve interpretation of model results, search for data or software problems, choice of model parameters etc.

We see support is an opportunity to improve our software and to ensure that we address the issues faced by our customers.

Unlimited support by phone or e-mail is covered by the RIO license agreement.

Courses on demand

We provide introductory or advanced courses covering the RIO software and pricing models. The courses are arranged on demand and typically held at the clients location.

Implementation projects

Our developers have extensive experience in the use of our software in a production environment. On a consultancy basis we participate in projects like setting up a workflow doing Solvency II calculations or the development of spreadsheets for the pricing of interest rate derivatives.

Our project model is based on a fixed price and a known delivery schedule.
