Release of boligregner.dk
Scanrate has released a free online mortgage loan calculator allowing Danish homeowner access to scenario analysis for the full range of mortgage loans available in the Danish market.
Banks and mortgage credit institution have traditionally focused on the initial monthly payment as the primary measure for home owner cost. This focus obviously bias the home owner choice towards adjustable rate loans with no initial redemption.
For several years Scanrate has promoted scenario analysis as a much more relevant way to show the consequences of home owner loan choices. The website Boligregner.dk is meant as a permanent demonstration of the capabilities of this approach.
Boligregner.dk is for private home owner use only. The site is based entirely on the mortgage loan functions in RIO and as a RIO customer you will be able to build your own loan advisory or liability management system with extended capabilities and access to in-house databases.
