Mikkel Svenstrup, head of quantitative research at ScanRate, and ScanRate PhD student Søren Willemann have been awarded the best manuscript prize in the "Real Estate Finance" category at the American Real Estate Society's annual meeting 2004.
The prize, sponsored by Fannie Mae Foundation, has been given for the paper "Reforming Housing Finance - Perspectives From Denmark".
