Changes to DMBS Pages

ScanRate are now contributing on new generic bonds. We have add two issues to the DKMTG chain, see 0#DKMTG=DMBS:

As focus have been shifting in the recent years towards the lower coupon bonds as a result of the generel drop in interest rates, we have added a number of new chains containing 4% coupon bonds:
