SPV Service - A complete MBS model subscription

SPV as in ScanRate Prepayment and Valuation Service is a quarterly prepayment modelling service targeted towards the professional investor or analyst with interest in the Danish Mortgage bond market.

Every quarter when new prepayment data becomes available we reestimate a series of models, consider new models to keep up with the changing market conditions and we do extensive backtest on each model. The modelling results are accompanied by original research articles.


 



DMBS Model - Real time MBS analytics on Reuters

This partnership between Reuters Ltd, London and ScanRate Financial Systems provides real-time updates and background information for all Danish Mortgage Backed Securities. The service has been available worldwide on Reuters key stations since June 8., 2000.




Reuters Danish Data Download Service - The data you need

The Reuters Danish Data Download service is Reuters product giving access to Copenhagen Stock Exchange data as well as calculated data from the DMBS Model. The product has been developed by ScanRate on behalf of Reuters.
