A workflow solution
Our solutions are based on a central database storing basic data, parameters and calculation results. An automated workflow moves data from import through calculation to export and archive. Commonly expected errors like data delays and outliers are handled as part of the normal job routine. Deviations from the expected routine raises alerts via e-mail and text messages. A top-down view showing the log of all workflow activity is available on your phone.
Most of our solutions employ RIO or customized versions of RIO models, but almost any application may be part of an automated flow.
Return to the spreadsheet
The workflow implementation frees resources which may be used on the analysis of the results. RIO data functions allows you to integrate parameterized database queries as Excel functions. Once again the information is available in Excel - but this time the spreadsheet is not a data container - the spreadsheet is a viewer of updated data.
